I'm Mun. I work in tech, manage people and projects, and live in Hanoi.

I'm drawn to systems thinking, mental models, and the idea that writing is just thinking made visible. I believe most problems come from shallow thinking, and the fix is usually to go slower and go deeper.

I read a lot. I also collect too many books I haven't finished. Working on that.

I care about good art, good films, beautiful songs, and great pictures. Spending time with my family is one of the most important things.

This blog is where I write to think. Not to publish, not to perform. Just to figure things out.
